A well-established legal firm in Leamington Spa is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring seamless transactions and delivering outstanding client service from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, and new build transactions.
2. Ensuring legal titles are marketable and compliant with lender requirements and CQS protocols.
3. Handling client communications via email, calls, and in-person interactions efficiently.
4. Overseeing financial control, including preparation of accurate completion statements and billing.
5. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with external parties, such as estate agents and developers.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Experience as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or in a similar role.
7. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
8. A proven track record of working with estate agent groups.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
10. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
