With a strong project bias, this role will give you exposure to a wide range of instructions, including:
Project management and contract administration
Technical due diligence
Project monitoring
Dilapidations

About you:
BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (or related discipline)
Progressing towards APC and eager to achieve MRICS status
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proactive, driven, and keen to learn from experienced professionals
