A leading national firm with one of the UK’s largest and most respected real estate practices is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its Manchester office. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with major institutional clients on complex investment, development, and portfolio transactions, combining top-tier work with a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling high-quality transactional work (acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for a major institutional landlord client)
* Managing varied and engaging matters (drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, dealing with management applications, and supporting wider real estate transactions)
* Collaborating within a national team (working alongside highly regarded partners and associates across the UK)
* Building deep client relationships (acting as a key contact for a major long-term client, gaining unique exposure to strategic portfolio work and developing in-depth sector understanding)
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial or transactional real estate
* Experience acting for institutional, investor, or developer clients preferred
