Job Title: Test Lead
Location: Glasgow/Bournemouth
Salary/Rate: £500 - £530 per day inside IR35/DOE
Job Type: Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite
We have a new opportunity with a Tier 1 Bank for a Test Lead to perform end-to-end UAT across complex systems, driving test design, execution, automation, and governance. You'll ensure high-quality releases, manage defects, and work closely with stakeholders. Payments & Liquidity expertise is essential.
Responsibilities
* Own UAT strategy, scenarios, and execution
* Drive automation and maintain E2E test scripts
* Manage defects end-to-end
* Track progress, risks, KPIs, and SLAs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful releases
Required experience
* Strong UAT experience (planning, execution, defect management)
* Hands‑on with tools like Jira, ALM, Quality Centre
* Automation experience (Selenium, UFT)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Payments & Liquidity domain knowledge (essential)
Ideal candidates
* Experience within Investment Banking
