What the Job Involves You will assist the management team in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Acting as the shift lead, you will manage activities, staff, and supported individuals, ensuring effective service delivery. You will be the first point of contact for emergent issues, escalating to management when necessary. Duties include supporting management with stakeholder engagement, maintaining records, monitoring individuals, administering medication, conducting reviews, and maintaining joint working arrangements. You will also manage cash/card payments, develop support plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the security of buildings and information. Skills Health and Social Care Qualification (Level 2 or equivalent required, Level 3 desirable) Understanding of relevant legislation and statutory requirements Knowledge of quality standards and person-centered care Strong communication skills Ability to set and achieve challenging targets IT literacy Positive attitude towards equality and diversity Experience in support within a social care setting Ability to travel and work flexible hours
