We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support deaf children and young people, their families, and educational settings across Birmingham. This role focuses on promoting inclusive communication strategies, supporting access to learning, and helping young people develop the skills they need for independence and adulthood.

You will be part of the Sensory and Physical Support Team, working alongside Teachers of the Deaf and Specialist Teaching Assistants.

We are committed to safeguarding all children and young people. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure, two satisfactory references, and the successful completion of pre-employment vetting procedures.
