This is an exciting opportunity to take up the post of Specialist Healthcare Support Worker in Renfrewshire Specialist Children’s Services. The post holder will be expected to assist with carrying out Neurodevelopmental Assessments, carrying out school observations and co facilitating post diagnostic support groups for parents, children and young people in respect of Neurodevelopmental conditions for children and young people in open to Specialist Children’s Services. The post holder will work across service pathways and will be based within the Neurodevelopmental Team. Renfrewshire is a friendly and good place to work. You will be joining a group of established clinicians. It is an exciting time of innovation and change with lots of opportunities within Specialist Children’s Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will work alongside clinical staff to carry out assessments and deliver post diagnostic supports in line with the Scottish Government’s Neurodevelopmental Pathway. Training, support and supervision will be provided to the successful candidate. We anticipate a high level of interest in this post so please submit your application promptly.
