Salary: £25,750

Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role

As Repairs Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our repairs service running efficiently. You'll maintain accurate records for repairs, inspections and compliance, ensuring we meet Awaab's Law and all regulatory requirements. As the main point of contact for the Repairs team, you'll manage calls and emails, update our Housing Management system, and work closely with residents and contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time. You'll also complete postinspection calls, process invoices promptly and administer disrepair cases in line with preaction protocols.



You'll support planned maintenance and refurbishment work by preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and tracking actions. You'll manage asset data, upload key documents into CX and deliver clear customer communications, from mail merges and CRM updates to text notifications, keeping customers fully informed.



You'll also contribute to service improvement by collating KPIs and statutory data, producing repairs reports and analysing trends to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.



About You

You'll be a confident and capable communicator, with strong verbal and written skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of people. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be experienced in planning and prioritising workloads to meet tight deadlines while supporting the wider team to achieve shared goals.



Highly organised and self-motivated, you'll be able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively. With strong numeracy and literacy skills and a keen eye for detail, you'll bring solid office administration experience and a high level of IT proficiency, particularly across Microsoft 365, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in everything you do.
