Overview
Plain Clothed Security Personnel (Store Detective) - Full Time. Sharp eyes and quick thinking to spot signs of crime. Join Our Dynamic Team - Full-Time. Pay rate: £15.45. Locations: Sainsburys across the Staffordshire area. A valid UK driving licence is required for this role, with mileage reimbursement: 45p per mile up to 5000 miles and 25p thereafter. Valid SIA SG DS or CP licence is required.
Responsibilities
* Observe and apprehend persons behaving in a dishonest manner within the agreed legal and safety limits.
* Liaise with local authorities and crime prevention partners to keep up to date with crime trends in the area.
* Be part of a team where safety is a priority and collaboration drives success.
* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adapt communication style to meet the needs of different people groups.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving services business.
* Capability in the use of technology.
* Good attention to detail.

Requirements
* Full 5-year checkable employment/education history (including any gaps explained if applicable).
* A valid UK driving licence is required.
* Valid SIA SG, DS, or CP licence is required.
