Location: Essex / South East (with travel)
Salary: £30,000 -£35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

We’re working with a growing, ambitious recruitment business looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive new client wins and expand existing accounts across Sales, Construction and Industrial (temp & perm) sectors.
This is a pure business development role, if you enjoy opening doors, building relationships, and generating revenue, this is where you’ll thrive.
What you’ll be doing:

Winning new business through cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach

Turning warm leads into long-term, high-value clients
*
Growing and developing existing accounts
*
Cross-selling temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
*
Meeting clients face-to-face and building strong commercial relationships
*
Negotiating terms and securing repeat business
*
Working closely with delivery teams to ensure roles are filled quickly and effectively
*
Building and managing a strong, consistent pipeline
What we’re looking for:

Proven track record in recruitment business development
*
Confident winning new clients and opening new accounts
*
Background in industrial, construction and/or sales recruitment highly desirable
*
Strong communicator who can build relationships quickly
*
Commercially driven, target-focused, and motivated by earning potential
*
Someone who wants autonomy and the ability to make a real impact
