About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Process Technician (Wet / Dry) to support semiconductor R&D and advanced packaging activities. This role involves process execution, parameter control, and basic troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute wet / dry processes (e.g. cleaning, etching, deposition or similar)
* Prepare and manage materials, chemicals, and process inputs
* Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, timing, flow, etc.)
* Perform basic troubleshooting of process and equipment issues
* Support process characterisation, defect inspection, and improvement activities
* Maintain proper documentation including process logs and reports
* Ensure compliance with EHS, chemical handling, and cleanroom protocols
Requirements
* NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / related)
* 1–3 years of experience in process, production, or manufacturing environment
* Exposure to chemical handling or process flow is advantageous
* Basic troubleshooting and technical understanding
* Comfortable working in cleanroom environment with PPE
