The Role
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining a positive work-life balance.
You will:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities
* Support children's learning and development through play
* Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Observe, assess and record children's progress
* Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all children
* Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Sound knowledge and understanding of childcare and development
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
