Join Our Team – Road Traffic Offence Processor
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making a difference in road safety?
We’re looking for a motivated individual to help ensure the accurate and timely processing of road traffic offences across Norfolk and Suffolk. You’ll work with cutting-edge speed camera technology, liaise with police and partner agencies, and support the progression of cases to safety awareness courses, fixed penalties, or court hearings.
What you’ll do:
* Process and verify offences using bespoke ICT systems
* Prepare case files for court
* Handle public and internal enquiries
* Perform a range of admin tasks to support case progression
It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:
* Experience of accurately inputting data to computerised systems
* Basic keyboard skills with experience of working with Microsoft Word
* Good verbal communication skills with experience with dealing with telephone enquiries
* Proven experience of organising and prioritising tasks effectively to achieve deadlines
* Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills
* Proven ability to work as effective member of team
It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience within a police or legal environment
