We are looking for motivated Production Technicians to join a globally recognised manufacturing company in Telford. Reporting directly to the Production Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of production within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. The position will appeal to a strong technician looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description:
1. Stay hands-on with the machinery- spotting potential faults, investigating issues and problem solving to prevent downtime.
2. Ensure 100% compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.
3. Running the line to standard operating procedures, which include start- up and changeovers.
4. Leading a line with machine operators, training and driving performance.
5. Liaising with development teams for improvements on standards to drive continuous improvement, supporting refining processes to boost productivity.
