Residential Conveyancer | Fully Remote | Up to £45k DOE | Job Ref: 215303243
We are working with a well-established firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a fully remote basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident managing their own caseload independently, and the firm is open to considering both qualified and unqualified candidates with the right level of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a range of matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring files are managed in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining high levels of client care throughout the transaction process
Requirements:
• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Familiarity with case management systems and remote working practices
