We are now recruiting for a Quality Professional Assurance Programme responsible for helping to shape and manage the development and deployment of the SMR quality assurance arrangements, processes, and systems to meet nuclear design code and regulatory requirements, best practices, and quality excellence.

Key criteria for this role include:
* Support the development and management of the quality assurance programme, quality manuals, implementation plans, and key performance measures to meet design code and regulatory requirements supporting the Rolls-Royce SMR strategic intent.
* Support the development and management of SMR knowledge management, learning from experience, and continuous improvement strategies, programmes, processes, governance, and systems.
* Interpret stakeholder and design code requirements and ensure appropriate and effective quality programme and design code processes and governance are applied.
* Coach and assist management and teams to ensure quality assurance and design code requirements are understood and implemented.
* Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to provide quality support across functions including marketing, project and programme management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, gaining experience of various SMR activities.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and industry bodies.
* Support the Rolls-Royce SMR certification programme and external nuclear regulatory assessments and reviews.
* Develop processes, procedures, facilitate process mapping, and conduct problem-solving activities and workshops.
* Be focused, driven, and agile, capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience in creating and reviewing documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
