A fantastic career prospect has become available for a motivated and capable individual to join a well-regarded firm of Chartered Accountants as an Accounts and Taxation Team Leader.We are in search of a professional with practical expertise in drafting year-end financial statements and overseeing both individual and corporate tax affairs. Applicants with a history of autonomously managing their own portfolio of clients and offering support to junior staff will be highly valued.Main Duties:
* Compiling and reviewing year-end financial reports for a diverse range of clients
* Handling and verifying personal tax returns and company tax filings
* Managing relationships with an assigned selection of clients
* Coaching, instructing, and supervising junior team members
* Building strong client connections and delivering informed advice on accountancy and tax-related issues
Candidate Profile:
* Fully qualified ACA or ACCA professional
* Comprehensive understanding of current tax legislation and financial reporting standards
* Proven ability to manage client portfolios and lead small teams
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
* Capable of working independently as well as thriving within a collaborative environment
