CERT Solutions are seeking strong and reliable candidates who are seeking a fantastic new opportunity. At CERT we are currently working in partnership with a mainstream school who are looking to expand their team. This position if full time and will require you to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm, term time only.
For this role the school are seeking someone who is a qualified HLTA and who will be confident in delivering lessons. The ideal candidate will have experience working across all year groups as they will be required to teach all ages. All sessions will be pre planned for you but you will be expected to mark the work that you have taught.
The ideal candidate will need to be confident with phonics. You must also be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
* Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
* Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements:
* Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* HLTA qualification (or higher)
* Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
