We are currently looking for a Product Manager (Refinish) to join us at our facility in Wellingborough, UK.

The Product Manager oversees the full lifecycle of fillers, coatings, and aerosol products, including development, launch, and phase-out. You will analyze market trends, sales data, and user insights to optimize product performance and meet sales targets. Cross-functional collaboration is key, especially in managing new product pipelines and implementing product changes. Also, you will support retail sales through strategic planning, compliance, pricing, and promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Own the full product lifecycle for fillers, coatings, and aerosol products, from concept and development to launch, updates, and phase-out.
2. Lead cross-functional project management for new product development (NPD), ensuring timely delivery using the StageGate process.
3. Analyze sales performance and profitability using internal master data and reports, taking proactive steps to meet commercial targets.
4. Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Brand teams to align product strategies and ensure successful execution.
5. Drive pricing, category management, and compliance strategies to support product positioning and competitiveness in the market.
6. Gather and apply market intelligence and end-user insights to inform product innovation and continuous improvement.
7. Manage changes to existing products, including cost-saving initiatives, reformulations, and packaging updates, ensuring smooth implementation.
8. Oversee artwork and labeling accuracy, working with design teams to ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency.
9. Support sales enablement by developing product materials, data sheets, and promotional content in collaboration with commercial teams.

Key requirements:

10. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product or Project Management.
11. Educated in a Business and/or Science-based degree. (Desirable not essential)
12. Proficient in the English language.
13. Have demonstrated strong commercial acumen with proven project delivery. Ability to engage and lead others and manage complex projects.
14. Excellent IT, analytical and mathematical skills.
