We are offering graduate opportunities across two key areas this year: Financial Institutions Insurance and Employee Benefits. These roles provide hands-on experience, structured training, and professional qualifications to help you build a long-term career.

Graduate Roles Available

Financial Institutions Insurance

Join our specialty division, focusing on arranging insurance for investment managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and financial services businesses. You’ll support senior team members, assist with broking to the Financial Institution insurance market, and develop deep expertise in professional indemnity, management liability, crime, and cyber insurance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Supporting senior team members in managing high-profile financial institution client accounts.
* Attending client meetings, taking notes, and preparing follow-up reports.
* Conducting research and due diligence to understand clients' insurance needs.
* Working with insurers, including Lloyd’s of London, to negotiate competitive terms.
* Preparing detailed policy documentation, including Lloyd’s slips and client summaries.
* Handling client and insurer queries, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
* Gaining knowledge of the financial institutions sector, insurance products, and risk management practices.
* Building relationships with insurers and other market professionals to stay informed about industry trends.

Employee Benefits Consulting

Work with businesses to design and manage employee benefits programmes, including pensions, life assurance, private medical insurance, and financial wellbeing services. You’ll assist consultants, provide client support, analyse market trends, and help develop tailored benefits strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Supporting consultants in advising businesses on their employee benefits strategy.
* Assisting with the design and implementation of pension schemes and other benefits.
* Conducting market research to identify the best policies and providers for clients.
* Handling policy renewals, liaising with insurers, and ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
* Drafting reports, analysing data, and preparing presentations for client meetings.
* Helping clients communicate their benefits effectively to employees through workshops and resources.
* Assisting with operational improvements and proposition development within the division.
* Learning about financial wellbeing strategies and how they impact employee engagement and retention.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.

Essential Criteria:

* A first-class or 2:1 degree (any discipline).
* A strong work ethic, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, fully funded and supported.
* Mentorship and shadowing opportunities with experienced consultants.

At Bartlett, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to:
