What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:
1. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the insurance team
2. Processing insurance policies, renewals, and claims paperwork
3. Maintaining accurate client records and databases
4. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
5. Assisting with compliance and regulatory documentation
6. Coordinating with insurers, brokers, and clients
What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:
7. Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within insurance or financial services
8. Strong organisational and time-management skills
9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
10. Confident communicator with great customer service skills
11. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
12. Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
