This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual giving specialist to take real ownership of a growing programme, shaping strategy while remaining closely connected to delivery. The role offers the chance to lead data?led acquisition, develop meaningful donor journeys and embed inclusive, donor centred fundraising approaches within an ambitious organisation working to a new five year strategy. As part of this exciting role, you will lead and grow the individual giving programme across regular giving, direct mail (digital and print), in memory giving and lottery activity. You will develop and deliver engaging multichannel campaigns, using insight and segmentation to improve acquisition, retention and lifetime value. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to introduce fundraising asks within wider engagement journeys, ensuring supporters feel valued, informed and inspired.
