The Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on major construction schemes from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You’ll be responsible for managing project teams, programme delivery, client relationships, health & safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee all stages of project delivery
* Manage site-based teams including subcontractors and direct staff
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
* Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture on-site
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For:
\n
* Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (£10m+)
* Background in main contracting with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
* Commercial awareness and sound contractual knowledge
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work
* Full UK driving licence
