The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for Permanent Secretary for their client based in Brechin to start immediately.
Pay: £22,000 – £24,000 Per Annum
Location: Brechin
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a 1 Hour and 15 Minutes break
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
1. Digital Audio typing
2. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
3. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
4. Preparing and collating reports
5. Filing
6. Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
7. Managing databases and systems
Required Skills:
8. Experience within a Secretary role
9. High level of customer service skills
10. Detail oriented
11. Works well in part of a team
12. Proficient in the use of MS Packages
