Sales Consultant – High‑End Domestic Glazing (Showroom Based)
Location: Huntingdon / Oxfordshire (Showroom‑Based)
Salary: £32,500 basic + 1% commission
OTE: £50,000 – £60,000+ (uncapped)
About the Role
We are looking to recruit two experienced Sales Consultants to join a well‑established, premium glazing business operating within the high‑end domestic market. This is a showroom‑based, consultative sales role, working with homeowners, architects and self‑build clients on design‑led glazing solutions including aluminium and timber doors, windows and large glazed installations. This is not a commercial or contractor‑led role – candidates must have proven experience within the domestic glazing sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound enquiries from homeowners, architects and residential clients
* Conducting face‑to‑face showroom consultations
* Advising on premium glazing products (bifold doors, sliding doors, windows, bespoke systems)
* Producing quotations and following up to secure orders
* Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order confirmation
* Delivering a high‑end customer experience aligned with premium products
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintaining strong conversion rates on warm leads
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within high‑end domestic glazing sales
* Strong knowledge of aluminium and/or timber glazing systems
* Experience selling bifolds, sliders, windows, rooflights or similar products
* Proven ability to sell high‑value, design‑led solutions
* Comfortable dealing directly with homeowners and self‑build clients
* Strong consultative sales approach
* Professional, personable and confident in a showroom environment
