Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid
Salary: £26,228

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in handling cases related to housing management and property litigation.
* Support senior staff by preparing legal documents and conducting research.
* Engage with clients and manage correspondence related to ongoing cases.
* Contribute to the team by maintaining case files and managing deadlines.
* Prepare trial bundles
* Liaise with Court prior to trials to ensure necessary paperwork is sent and received
and follow up on late/lost paperwork;
* Attending Court to assist Barristers and other fee-earners;
* Conduct advocacy in the County Court on routine matters;
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working as a paralegal, or strong knowledge of housing management.
* Ability to handle legal documentation with high attention to detail.
* Excellent research and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
