Junior/Graduate IT Support Analyst x 3
A leading organisation in the Wiltshire area requires Junior/Graduate IT Support Analysts to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:
* Ideally some experience of working in an IT support environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and O365
* Exposure to Windows Server and Microsoft Azure useful.
* Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls and wireless networking
* Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems on a variety of systems and applications.
* Driven and committed individual with a focus on quality and developing oneself
* Ability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to difficult problems
* Any relevant certifications welcomed.
