You’ll build a strong foundation in digital retail operations, working across product content, customer communication and platform coordination. You’ll work closely with our sales and product teams and will be encouraged to suggest improvements, solve problems and flag anything that needs attention. Whether it’s a spreadsheet, a product update or a conversation with a customer, you like to keep things clear and well managed.**What We’re Looking For*** Strong attention to detail and organisation* Some experience in e-commerce coordination or product admin* Confident using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables* Clear communication skills, written and verbal* Comfortable working across teams and platforms to keep things on track* Able to prioritise and follow through**Even Better If You Bring*** Experience working with customer portals or online platforms* Confidence working with product content or sales data* Familiarity with digital product launches or promotional planning* A background or interest in interiors or consumer goods* Fluency in another language – highly desired but not essential**What You’ll Be Doing*** Managing product content and listings across platforms* Coordinating updates, launches and new product uploads* Sharing product information with customers and keeping records up to date* Supporting internal teams with reporting and product performance checks* Conducting checks and audits to ensure data accuracy* Helping manage product samples and support display planning* Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed**Salary:** £26,000 **Contract:** Full Time, Permanent, 37.5hours per week **Hybrid/Onsite Working:** While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.**Benefits include but are not limited to:*** Pension Scheme* Health Cash Plan* Free Onsite Parking* Newly Refurbished Office and now meeting spaces* Colleague Discount* Breakfast, fresh fruit in a modern canteen - we even throw in some premium coffee too!* Birthday off* Volunteer Day* Events**More information here:****Last but certainly not least:** At Flair, we're an equal opportunities employer.
