Departure Management: Monitor scheduled departures, ensuring timely execution and managing any delays or exceptions. ?? Communication & Documentation: Answer incoming calls professionally. Print and distribute route paperwork and maps. ???? Team Support: Assist the Linehaul Shift Manager and Operations Manager with administrative tasks and operational updates. ??
