Our client is seeking professional and dedicated Temporary Client Expereince Assistants to join them in various offices across London city! The role offers a week to week temporary contract and the chance to be a part of a professional and dynamic team.
Overview:
1. Various London Based offices
2. Temporary On-going
3. Flexible Hours
4. £ per day plus holiday accural
Key Responsibilities:
5. Delivering exceptional client services while maintaining professionalism.
6. Assist in administrative tasks including file organising and switchboard operation.
7. Support clients with office relocations and assist in relevant arrangements for this process.
8. Assist in the organisation and execution of of client events.
9. Manage the preparation of the office spaces, ensuring stock levels and cleanliness.
10. Identify areas for improvement within the office and suggest enhancements for the client experience.
