Associate Partner – Cyber Security (Cloud, IAM, DORA, AI Security)
Location: UK-wide, Hybrid
Salary: £160,000 – £190,000 + Bonus + Package
This is your chance to join a fast-growing cyber security consulting business at Associate Partner level — helping shape a next-generation offering at a global technology powerhouse going through a major transformation.
We’re looking for someone who blends deep cyber domain expertise with sharp commercial instincts — someone who can win the trust of CxOs, lead complex programmes, and help drive the next phase of growth in a business that’s investing heavily in its security consulting capability.
You’ll be a senior figure in a growing leadership team, helping to scale one of the most ambitious cyber consulting practices in the UK — with serious backing, a flat structure, and the freedom to make an impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
* Helping to scale a rapidly growing cyber consulting practice, as it expands from 50 to 100+ consultants this year
* Leading client engagements across cloud security, IAM, DORA readiness, and AI security — advising CISOs and senior stakeholders on enterprise challenges
* Playing a hands-on role in business development — supporting major pursuits, helping shape propositions, and contributing to pipeline growth
* Owning delivery across major cyber programmes, bringing technical credibility and leadership to complex environments
* Supporting junior talent, contributing to knowledge sharing, and helping build out internal delivery capabilities
* Representing the business externally through thought leadership, events, and industry forums
What we’re looking for:
* A strong technical grounding in one or more of: IAM, Cloud Security, DORA, or AI Security
* Proven experience delivering large-scale cyber security programmes (not just audit, policy, or compliance)
* A commercial mindset — comfortable with pre-sales, client relationships, and shaping new opportunities
* Credibility at CxO level, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor across FS, insurance, utilities, or other regulated industries
* Ideally, a mix of backgrounds — someone who’s worked in traditional IT environments and transitioned into modern consulting (e.g. from DXC, Fujitsu, or Capgemini into a Deloitte, PA, or boutique)
* The ambition to grow into a full Partner role and help shape something new
Why this, why now?
This is a firm in motion — having recently separated from one of the world’s most iconic tech brands, it's now free to reinvent itself as a modern, consulting-led organisation. Cyber security is central to that reinvention.
There’s major global investment behind this practice and a leadership team committed to change. You’ll have the space to define your own market, shape propositions, and grow toward full Partner — all while being supported by the reach and scale of a global organisation.
You won’t be buried in layers of process. You’ll be on the front line helping build a cyber consulting business with real influence — and the opportunity to progress fast.
