Job Responsibilities
Supporting children with special educational needs in both group and 1:1 settings
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning strategies
Promoting inclusion by ensuring all pupils are supported in accessing the curriculum
Encouraging children's independence, resilience, and confidence
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Upholding the school's vision of nurturing every child's potential
Qualifications/Experience
To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need:
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
A caring, proactive, and resilient attitude with a genuine passion for supporting learning
