Are you currently working a Senior Community Nurse and would like the opportunity to develop your existing skills?
The Unplanned Care Service is offering a 6 month development opportunity, to join the leadership team as a Community Team Leader. This will involve a combination of leadership and management of staff and working clinically within the team.
This role provides a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to experience the Community Team Leader Role, with the potential to apply for the post on a permanent contract.
We will work with the successful candidate, to identify their personal development needs, in relation to the post.
Its essential that you are working in an Adult community nursing role and have the appropriate skills to deliver care in the patients own home environment.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide leadership, and take managerial and supervisory responsibility to a group of practitioners working as a multidisciplinary team providing Adult Physical Health services [APH] in the community across a 24 hour service 7 days per week.
