Join a reputable engineering and construction main contractor as a Project Administrator, supporting high-value projects across the Midlands. You will report to a Project Director and handle administrative tasks both in office and on-site, ensuring smooth project operations.
This role is suitable for candidates with PA, business administration, or project support experience, especially those interested in construction. Reliability, organization, and communication skills are essential. The company works on projects in manufacturing, data centres, and more, offering stability and landmark project opportunities. Your Responsibilities:
* Attend construction sites to take accurate meeting minutes and support project activities.
* Prepare and distribute project documentation such as programmes and reports.
* Manage email communications and follow up on action points.
* Work on-site when the project director is present and in the office when not.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license (mandatory, due to travel across the Midlands).
* Strong admin/PA background, ideally within construction or engineering.
* Comfortable working in active construction environments.
