About the Role:
As our Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind revenue growth at Utilita Arena Newcastle. Using your flair and creativity you will own commercial partnerships including the creation, management, delivery and fulfilment.
You will work with pride and passion to maximise every opportunity to drive sales, generate engagement of our brand as well as promoting events, public relations and media liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, support and drive the sale of premium tickets for Utilita Newcastle’s events.
* Create and Deliver a comprehensive Sales and Marketing Strategy alongside the team.
* Manage the promotion of the arena and maximising our industry profile.
* Develop, Implement and Document Marketing Campaigns & Activity
* Create, keep up to date and drive growth of CRM/Database and market all products to the appropriate audience including : Public, Press, Promoters and Local Businesses
* Achieve (and hopefully exceed!) targets and sales KPIs as outlined across the team.
* Skills and Experience:
* Have a minimum of 3 years in the Sales and Marketing Industry - Essential
* Strong knowledge of the local and regional business community and economy – Essential.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills – Essential
* Strong working knowledge of relationship building both in and out of the business – Essential.
