Hourly Rate: £11.50 – £12.50 per hour (depending on experience & age)

Whether our guests pop in for their morning flat white or linger for a relaxing brunch, our team makes the experience memorable.
We’re opening our first site in Blackheath and looking for friendly, passionate, and energetic people to join our founding team!
The Role
As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the café — making delicious coffee, serving fresh food, and creating genuine connections with our customers. You’ll work as part of a close knit team that takes pride in attention to detail, positive energy, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
• Craft high quality espresso based drinks and serve food items to Blackheath Coffee Co. standards
• Bake and serve pastries, freshly made baguettes, sandwiches, and delicious cakes throughout the day
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the café
• Follow daily operational routines including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep service smooth and efficient
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
• A genuine passion for coffee, food, and people
• Previous barista or café experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or early mornings
