Responsibilities
* Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEND
* Assisting in delivering personalised learning plans
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being
* Helping with mobility, personal care, and other physical needs when required
* Adapting classroom resources to support individual learning styles
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure consistency in care
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* A patient, understanding, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training
