Senior Strategy and Analytics Associate
About this role
We're looking for critical thinkers to set the agenda for either credit, product, or marketing. You'll own and develop our strategy, delving through data to come up with clear recommendations, and then implementing them.
What you'll do
You'll address complex challenges on the road to growth by:
* Setting the agenda for our Credit, Product, or Marketing strategies
* Working with a variety of information sources, from customer data to user research
* Developing strategies to drive sustainable growth with our customers at the center
* Presenting strategies to senior leadership teams and collaborating to execute plans
* Reviewing the customer landscape continuously and finding ways to improve
What we're looking for
* Comfort with working with numbers, demonstrated through your education and work experience
* Ability to make decisions that lead to tangible business results, supported by examples
* A desire and drive to succeed, with experience working across multiple teams and considering broad business perspectives
* Experience leading projects and collaborating with people at all levels
* An open mindset towards change and personal development

Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in London or Nottingham. We offer a hybrid working model, with flexibility to work from home and the office, with a typical in-office presence of three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
