Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Media Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Transactions Manager for 4/5 months.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Transactions Manager to assist them for 4/5 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
1. Management of Accounts Payable function.
2. Line manager duties in respect of Accounts Assistant.
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
4. Ensure credit card transactions are reconciled and posted each month.
5. Ensure supplier inbox is reviewed and queries responded to in timely manner.
6. Management and coordination of all supplier and expenses payment runs.
7. Management of Accounts Receivable function.
8. Raise timely and accurate invoices to Shareholders, including obtaining PO numbers in advance of billing.
9. Proactive management of debtors' balance to ensure timely collection of income.
10. Day-to-day management of businesses liquidity and working capital.
11. Manage cash flow process, including weekly reconciliation of cash.
12. Forecast cash position throughout the year and track working capital accordingly.
13. Month-end reconciliation of cash balance to general ledger.
14. Ensure supplier inbox is reviewed and queries responded to in timely manner.
15. Management and coordination of all supplier and expenses payment runs.
16. Month-end reconciliation of cash balance to general ledger.
17. Ensure supplier inbox is reviewed and queries responded to in timely manner.
18. Management and coordination of all supplier and expenses payment runs.
19. Completion of VAT returns.
20. Audit support as required.
21. Ad hoc requests from Head of Finance and/or Finance Director
Profile:
The successful temporary Transactions Manager will have over 2+ years Transactions Management experience or Accounts Payable Manager experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
This role is paying between £225-£275 per day umbrella dependant on experience.
