Business Development Specialist - French - Frimley (hybrid 3 days a week in the office) ck £32K-£36K + benefits
We have an exciting opportunity within a well-established multinational company to recruit a French-speaking Business Development Specialist. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business. Fluency in French and English at a high business level is essential.
The main responsibility of the Business Development Specialist will be to research and gather key customer intelligence, providing the Major Accounts Sales team with information to create targeted messaging for customer engagement.
Your primary task will be to generate new leads and explore new areas of interest through phone, email, LinkedIn, etc. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and play a vital role in business development.
Main Accountabilities
1. Creating decision-maker contacts via LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
2. Developing business strategies for targeted accounts.
3. Identifying key initiatives within targeted accounts to foster growth and passing them to the Account Manager.
4. Updating news and developments related to targeted accounts.
5. Maintaining an organized workspace and properly filing documents, updates, and product information.
6. Entering data into the CRM system.
Skills Required
* Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in business development, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
* Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Strong team player with a collaborative attitude aiming for shared goals.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys engaging with customers via phone and email.
