Working here feels pretty unique, and our Customer Service Assistants are a vital ingredient in the guest experience. That’s why we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused, and radiate passion and enthusiasm.
You’ll have the chance to get involved in a variety of areas, including:
* Admissions – processing tickets, handling guest queries, and upselling extras to enhance their day.
* Retail – serving customers, replenishing stock, engaging with guests, and promoting LEGO products.
* Coffee Shop – taking orders, serving food and beverages, restocking and upselling in a fast-paced environment.
* Guest Experience – bringing the magic to life in costume, operating rides, and delivering unforgettable guest interaction.
This is a seasonal, fixed-term position. Shifts will include weekend work with the opportunity to flex up during school holidays. A minimum of 5 guaranteed hours per week is offered, and all seasonal roles are on a flexible basis as availability of work may vary.
