Salary – Up to £23,000 - £24,000 (Depending on Experience) -OTE £30,000
Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm – 5-day week

Looking for a Trainee/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Barnehurst. Experience is not essential for this role. If you are well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company please send your CV to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting viewings and letting properties
* Carry out Valuations and list new properties
* Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
* Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
* Facilitating a let through to move in
* Previous lettings experience is preferred
* Full UK driving licence.
