OR Programme Director - Major Product Launch (Fintech / API Focus)
📠London (Hybrid) | 💼 Outside IR35 Contract | Ⳡ12-month initial term
We're looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead the delivery of a major new B2C product launch within the fintech and digital platform space.
This is a senior leadership role that will oversee both client-side and supplier-side delivery, coordinating technical, commercial, and operational workstreams. The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing complex, multi-vendor programmes that transform customer engagement and operational capability.
What you'll be doing
1. Leading a full lifecycle programme from concept to launch, covering technical development, API integration, and supporting app or digital platform build.
2. Managing multiple suppliers and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
3. Driving programme governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management.
4. Delivering a product that materially changes the way the business operates and interacts with its customers.
What we're looking for
5. Proven Programme Director or Senior Delivery Lead with a background in consulting or complex technology environments.
6. Strong track record in product launches, ideally within Fintech, Payments, or API-driven platforms.
7. Demonstrable experience delivering B2C or large-scale B2B offerings that have impacted operations or customer experience.
8. Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with executives and delivery teams alike.
