About the role As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing, analysing, interpreting, and maintaining our industry-leading property insight data. Reporting to the Senior Research Analyst, you will collaborate on the creation of whitepapers, blogs, and podcasts. Additionally, you will provide data & advisory support to all divisions, including the Acquisitions, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales teams, to ensure they are equipped with all the data and insights necessary to achieve successful results for our clients. Location: Sydney-based only Job-type: Hybrid Core Responsilbilities Data management: Ensuring our internal data sets and research are well maintained, sourcing updates regularly and updating as required to maintain our accuracy in the market Region reports: Maintain regional market reports for use across the business and produce new ones when needed. Research Advisory: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to provide recommendations, insights and data metrics of strategic value to clients. Content contribution: Write blogs, support in the preparation and/or creation of whitepapers, podcasts, marketing materials, and featured articles across a range of publications and platforms. Key Bahaviours Analytical Skills : Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions from complex datasets. Market Awareness : Deep understanding of the Australian property market, including current trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively to all stakeholders. Attention to Detail : Meticulous in reviewing data, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Research Proficiency : Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research, including primary and secondary research methods. Critical Thinking : Capable of evaluating various factors and potential outcomes to make well-informed decisions and recommendations. Numerical Competency : Proficient with numbers, statistics, and financial analysis to interpret market data and financial reports. Technical Skills : Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Excel, and statistical analysis programs. Problem-Solving Abilities : Resourceful in finding solutions to challenges and adapting to changing conditions. Ethical Judgment : Strong sense of integrity and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and honesty in research and reporting.
