Flexible GP Salaried, Maternity Cover, or Locum Roles Available at NHS
GP opportunity focusing on clinical excellence with reduced admin duties. We are a large, progressive Training Practice in Northwest London expanding to serve a rapidly growing local population. We are looking for dedicated General Practitioners to join our supportive team. We are open to Substantive Salaried posts, Fixed-Term Maternity Locum, or Ad-hoc Locum arrangements, including Extended Access sessions.
Responsibilities
* Provide general medical services to registered and temporary patients.
* Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
* Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and chronic health conditions.
* Prescribe medicines and interpret diagnostic tests in line with clinical guidelines.
* Undertake home visits when appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants.
* Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to the achievement of QOF, Enhanced Services, and other performance targets.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMIS.
* Provide mentoring or supervision to trainees or allied healthcare professionals (if applicable).

Job Description
* Key Responsibilities: Provide general medical services to registered and temporary patients; Conduct consultations; Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions; Prescribe medicines and interpret tests; Undertake home visits; Collaborate with MDT; Participate in meetings and audits; Contribute to QOF/Enhanced Services; Maintain EMIS records; Mentor or supervise trainees if applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
* Essential — Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the performers list;Experience in chronic disease management, minor surgery, or women''s health; Familiarity with NHS systems and digital consultation platforms.
