As UK Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of new national contracts across multiple customer sites. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from sales to mobilisation to service, working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and operational sites to deliver high-quality mobilisation projects on time and within budget.
Your Mission at Elis
1. From the point of sale - take over and lead end-to-end mobilisation of new and renewal national contracts, ensuring all operational, logistical, and service elements are in place prior to go-live.
2. Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
3. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during mobilisation phases.
4. Conduct site visits and audits to assess readiness and identify bespoke customer requirements. Coordinate with production, logistics, customer service, sales and HR teams to ensure a joined-up approach to mobilisation.
5. Ensure all health & safety, compliance, and service level agreements are understood and embedded across sites.
6. Track and report mobilisation progress to senior management, highlighting risks, challenges, and key milestones.
