OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
* Secretarial/administrative qualifications or over two years of experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook
* Experience in administrative, operational, and secretarial support, including stock takes and retail trackers
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL
* Escalate complaints to the Spa Manager with full details
* Manage feedback trackers and collate responses from the Spa and Leisure teams
* Maintain full knowledge of resort facilities, services, and events
* Organise and improve departmental filing systems for easy access
* Update records, print reports, and maximize system use for accurate information
* Ensure adequate supplies and handle store requisitions and purchase requests
