Duties:
* Responsibleforplanningandmanagingengineersdailyworkschedulewhichwillconsistofbothreactiveandpreventativemaintenance
* GeneralAdministrationTasksincluding,emails,filing,sendingoutcontracts
* Firstlinecustomerassistance-e.g.,answeringtelephonecallsanddealingwithcustomers.
* Uploadingandallocatingdocumentstoonlinesystems
* Managingdiaries
* Allocateandscheduleworkforengineers
Tobesuccessfulyou'llpossess:
* Previousexperienceinaschedulingpositionisrequiredforthisposition
* Confident,politeandwellmannered
* ITliterate
* EducatedtoGCSElevelwithCsandabove
* Mustlivelocally
