Business Coordinator (HR & Administration) - Temporary Location: 4-10 Linenhall Street, Belfast | Hours: 37/week | Start: 23 Feb 2026 We are seeking a skilled Business Coordinator to provide HR and administrative leadership across a busy department. You will manage HR processes, provide advice to senior managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Advise senior managers on HR policies, employee relations, attendance, payroll, and staffing matters. Lead, motivate, and manage HR/admin support staff. Oversee recruitment, contracts, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes. Prepare reports, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with procedures and legislation. Coordinate HR projects, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as departmental representative for HR matters, including trade union liaison and FOI/data requests. Skills & Experience: Chartered CIPD member or relevant HR qualification with 2-3 years HR/admin experience. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
