Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours/week)
Salary: £25,358 per annum

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded business in Crawley. This full-time role combines general office administration with basic finance support, offering a stable and long-term opportunity in a friendly, professional environment.
The successful candidate will be confident handling administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping

Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle enquiries professionally
*
Assist with basic finance tasks, including invoice processing and expense management
*
Support the wider team with documentation, reporting, and office requirements
*
Maintain organised office systems, supplies, and records
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous office administration experience (essential)
*
Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
*
Experience supporting finance tasks is advantageous but not essential
